This listing is for ONE bath tea! Your special mix of bath tea ingredients will arrive in a muslin bag ready to use! It will be filled with the ingredients that correspond with the Bath Tea type you select Please see the ingredient list below! I have also added what each ingredient helps with too and to help you understand why certain ingredients are paired together! You can find that list right below the ingredient list! Bath teas may be used 2-3 times if properly cared for.

For best results:
- thoroughly rinse & ring the bath tea bag out after each use.
- the product may be used 2-3 times, but it is recommended to use it 2-3 nights in a row
- it is NOT recommended to use other bath additives (such as bath gels, bubble bath mixes)
- bath teas should slightly change the color of the bath water, it should not look drastically different!
- it is recommended to limit your bath time to approximately 20 minutes

• Wet your bag of herbs and use it to cleanse your skin
• Use your bath tea for a soothing foot soak.
• Can be used as a warm or cool compress on your temples, neck or other tense areas.
• After your bath, toss your muslin bag in the dryer to add a fresh scent to bed sheets or linens.

It's stress-relieving, like many of the herbs on our list, but it's a particularly good tea lulling one back to sleep. So if you could use a restful night, we would recommend bathing with chamomile before you go to bed.
Lavender is calming to the nervous system and helps to relax the mind. It can helps to relax the muscles, relieve tension headaches, muscle strain, stress and general tension.
Oatmeal is well known for its ability to soothe dry, irritated and itchy skin. Oatmeal can be used to relieve skin conditions such as eczema, poison ivy rash and chicken pox. Oatmeal works as an anti-inflammatory agent to reduce skin irritation and moisturizes skin.
Soothes body aches, relieves inflammation and helps detox body. Aroma helps with congestion.
Rose petals / buds
Rosewater can soothe irritated skin and tighten pores for a smooth appearance. The petals give off a natural calming scent.
